For a single-founder jewellery business I run the systems side so the founder can focus on making and shipping. Listings, content, customer flow and routine operations are handled by automation I built and supervise, using the same platform that runs my own ventures.

Aureel Gems is a jewellery business run by a single founder. The founder is excellent at the product and has no time for the rest, so I run the rest. Product listings, content, the customer flow and the routine operations are handled by automation I built and supervise. The work runs on the same platform I use for my own ventures, which means the client gets the same policy checks, cost limits and human approval before anything irreversible happens.

This engagement matters on this site for a simple reason: it is the platform working for someone other than me. The founder packs and ships; the systems keep the shop stocked, described and responsive. It is a small business, and I present it at that scale. The client is named here with permission.
