Products, systems and businesses that work

Teja VToronto, Ontario, Canada

I take on complicated problems and turn them into products, systems and businesses that work.

I learn new fields quickly and take responsibility for real outcomes. My work so far includes a funded electric superbike program, a braking invention on public patent file and AI systems that run daily operations.

Open to senior product and systems leadership, consulting and advisory for early-stage founders, and custom manufacturing orders.

Who I am

I learn a new field quickly, build in it properly, and take responsibility for the outcome.

The range below is the point. It includes a funded electric superbike program, a braking invention on public patent file, an AI operations system that runs daily, a service business turned around, and a manufacturing venture. Different fields, same way of working.

Proven across

  • Engineering and energy systems
  • Products and operations
  • Commercialization and business development
  • AI systems and venture development

In development, operating daily

Mosaic — AI Operations Platform

Mosaic is the operations system I built so I can run my own ventures with leverage a solo founder does not normally have. Empire OS is the self-hosted platform underneath it, and ARIA is the layer of agents that do the work. Consequential actions routed through it pass a policy check, a cost limit and a person saying yes before they run, and each one lands in a tamper-evident log.

Operating venture

Fusion Assist Ventures

Fusion Assist Ventures is the operating venture I started in 2022. Through it I develop and evaluate products, commercial opportunities, business models, partnerships and internal systems. Some of that work is my own, such as FAV Design Studio and Mosaic. Some of it is advisory, where I help founders in fintech, Web3, AI and electric mobility improve their products and find new revenue.

Custom orders

FAV Design Studio

FAV Design Studio turns personal and business ideas into custom manufactured products. A customer describes what they want, sees the design take shape in a live 3D configurator, and receives a finished piece produced in small batches. The work ranges from LED channel-letter signage for shops to personalized parts and accessories, all on custom order.

Client engagement

Epic Cycles Business and Technology Transformation

I mapped a whole e-bike service operation, found where work actually waited, and rebuilt the workflow around those constraints. The same engagement rebuilt pricing, supplier mix and reporting, so the shop could see and manage its own performance.

50%+
Gross profit improvement in the 2023–2024 year from the workflow and commercial changes I designed and helped run, followed by a further improvement of roughly 20% in 2024–2025. Both are measured in the shop's own Lightspeed data.

Employment

Hero MotoCorp Canadian Market Entry

A Canadian dealership held exclusive Hero MotoCorp distribution for an e-mobility line. I ran the product and service side of bringing that line to market: research, product selection and localization, pricing, homologation, supplier and dealer coordination, launch and after-sales.

Year-on-year growth of the business during my time supporting product and service. This was a team result I contributed to, not a solo outcome.

Founding team, 2017 to 2020

Rizel Automotive: EV Systems, Product Development and Funding

On the founding team of an electric superbike company I led electronics and battery systems. The pack ran 320 volts and 320 amps on Samsung 18650 cells, with an EMRAX motor and a Bamocar D3 controller. The P ZERO prototype hit 275 km/h with 200 km of range, and I built the technical materials behind the company's Series A.

USD 25M
The Series A the company closed. I did not lead the fundraise or own the chassis. My contribution was the technical roadmap and the engineering sections of the investor materials that went through diligence.
275 km/h
Top speed the P ZERO prototype achieved, with 200 km of range ridden hard at speed. The pack used Samsung 18650 25R cells, an EMRAX motor, an Orion BMS and a UniTek Bamocar D3 controller. We proved the platform on the best available components before building our own.
25-person
The founding team. I led the electronics and battery group within it, coordinating engineering priorities, budgets and suppliers on that side.
Patent filing
I conceived the invention behind “System and Method for Enhancing Controllability of Regenerative Braking and Electromagnetic Braking” (filing 201941039046), and inventors from several disciplines helped me perfect it. It was pursued as both a utility and a design filing; no grant status is claimed.

About Teja V

Who I am

I work best on problems that do not fit neatly inside one department. My strength is understanding an unfamiliar system quickly, finding what matters, and turning ambiguity into a clear plan, a working product, a stronger process or a sound business decision.

How I work

I start by learning the system in front of me until I can explain it simply. Then I look for the constraint that actually matters, connect the technical, commercial and operating sides, and turn the analysis into something real. I am comfortable working with engineers, founders, suppliers and customers, and I improve things by iterating rather than waiting for a perfect plan.

What I have developed

Over the past decade I have led teams, developed products, built commercial and financial models, negotiated partnerships, improved operations and created both physical and digital systems. That range taught me how to connect details that are often handled separately: customer needs, technical constraints, economics, operations and execution.

What I am doing now

Today I am building ventures and operating systems that bring research, design, automation, manufacturing and commercial thinking into one practical workflow.

Where I am going

I want to work on larger and more difficult problems, where judgement, adaptability and execution matter as much as specialist knowledge.

B.Tech Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics Specialization (SRM Institute of Science and Technology) · Post-Graduate Diploma in International Business Management (Lambton College) · Post Graduate Program in Business Analysis (Purdue University).
