My first venture: an agri-tech concept taken through business planning, marketing and pitching inside an incubation context, before I moved to Canada.

What it was, and what it taught me.
Robic Rufarm was an agri-tech venture I co-founded in 2016, while I was still surrounded by the SRM incubation environment that later backed Rizel. We took the concept through the full early-venture loop: a business plan that had to survive questioning, marketing thinking, and pitching to people who had no reason to be polite. It was my first experience of turning a technical idea into something an investor or partner could evaluate.
The venture did not continue after I moved to Canada in 2021, and I am not going to inflate what it was. It belongs on this site because it started the pattern that runs through Rizel, Fusion Assist and FAV Design Studio: pick a real problem, build the case honestly, and stand in front of people and defend it. Every venture after this one benefited from the bruises this one left.
Status — Concluded early venture, 2016–2017.
