- The Venture: Fusion Assist Ventures is the operating venture I started in 2022. Through it I build my own products and help other founders build theirs.
- Research and People: It starts with research and people. Founders, operators, suppliers and buyers tell you what a market actually needs next.
- Opportunities: Needs become concrete opportunities: a product to develop, a market to enter, a system to build, an introduction that changes the plan.
- Structured Work: Each opportunity gets structure: scope, pricing, a business case and a plan. Then the work is executed.
- Outcomes: Working products, running systems and real client work. FAV Design Studio and Mosaic both grew out of this.

Fusion Assist Ventures
Founder
Fusion Assist Ventures is the operating venture I founded in 2022. Through it I develop and evaluate products, commercial opportunities, business models, partnerships and internal systems. Some of the work is internal: FAV Design Studio and Mosaic both started here as ventures I own and run. Some of it is advisory, where I work with founders in fintech, Web3, AI and electric mobility on improving their products and building new revenue from what they already sell. Client work, such as the Aureel Gems engagement, is named and shown with permission.

Context
Founders rarely lack ideas. They lack clarity on product, market, pricing and execution, and the operating systems to run day to day. Fusion Assist exists to close that gap, for my own ventures first and for other companies where the fit is right.
My responsibility
Founder. I do the research, the evaluation and much of the building myself.
What I did
- Venture strategy and market research
- Product definition, business cases and MVP delivery
- Advisory with founders in fintech, Web3, AI and electric mobility
- New revenue design built on a company's existing products and services
- Operating systems and automation that let very small teams run
- Incubating FAV Design Studio and Mosaic as internal ventures
Technical scope
- MVP builds: catalogue, checkout, fulfilment and the operating routine behind them
- AI operating workflows with human review
- Automation pipelines with a decision and review step before anything ships
Commercial and operating scope
- Market research, pricing and business cases
- Venture strategy and go-to-market planning
- Partnership development and introductions
- Internal ventures kept clearly distinct from advisory and client work
How the work ran
Start with research and people. Turn needs into concrete opportunities. Give each opportunity scope, pricing, a business case and a plan, then stay involved through execution.
Outcome
Working products and running systems: FAV Design Studio and Mosaic as internal ventures, named client work such as Aureel Gems, and advisory relationships across three sectors.
